Ingredients
:
3 potatoes boiled
1 bunch spring onion, chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
½ tsp red chilli finely chopped
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
¼ cup water
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method

Combine
the cornflour and water and keep aside. Peel and cut the potatoes
into long thick chunks.

Heat
oil in a pan, add some potatoes at a time. Sauté till it becomes
light golden brown. Continue the same procedure for the remaining
potatoes.

Keep
aside and remove half the oil. Add the chillies, ginger and garlic
in the remaining oil.

Fry
for a minute and put the potatoes. Put sauces, salt and sugar. Mix
properly and put the cornflour solution.

Cook
till the wateriness is gone. Add spring onions and mix.Ready to serve
hot.
