Jeera Sharbat
 Ingredients
Water: 8 Cups
Tamarind concentrate: ¼ cup
Fresh Peppermint leafs: 16, washed no stems
Cilantro: ¼ Cup, washed stems discarded
Serrano: 3 Washed
Ginger: 1", peeled chopped
Cumin seed powder: 2 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds: 2 Tablespoons, Dry roasted and crushed
Kala Namak: 1 Tablespoon
Brown Sugar: 1 Tablespoon
Cayenne powder: 1 teaspoon
Kosher salt or table salt: 1 teaspoon

Method
1. Put all ingredients in an electric blender except water.

2. Add one cup of water. Blend thoroughly.

3. Mix blended slurry with remaining water and put in a container with a lid.

4. Age the mixture in the refrigerator for one day to let all the flavors blend in.

5. Strain and use as needed.
