Ingredients:
2 Cups mango pulp
2 Cups powdered sugar
2 Cups Khoya
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp Chironji nut
1 tsp Pista
Orange colour
Method :
Mix mango pulp and 1 cup sugar.

Cook
till reduced by half.
Keep it aside.
Fry khoya over medium flame till it turns little brown.
Add 1 cup sugar and mango pulp to it.
Cook till the mixture turns semisolid.
Mix orange color.
Keep it for cooling.
Cut into pieces.
Adorn with cardamom powder, chironji nut and pista.
Mango Burfi is ready.
