Ingredients:
1 Cup grated Cottage cheese
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup chopped pistachios
4 tbsp Cornflour
2 Cup water
Vanilla essence
Method :
Dissolve sugar in water. Make syrup.
Add paneer and keep it for cooking for few minutes.
Dilute the cornflour and add it to the syrup.
Cook till it becomes thick.
Now add vanilla essence.
Remove from the flame.
Decorate the pudding with chopped pistachios.
Keep for freezing.
Paneer Pudding is ready to serve.
