4 Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tbsp Baking powder
2 Cups white sugar
2 tsp Ground cinnamon
3 Cups all-purpose flour
5 tbsp White sugar
5 tbsp Brown sugar
1 Cup vegetable oil
Mix together flour and baking powder in a large bowl and blends
Take a different bowl, beat together vegetable oil, 2 cups sugar
Now, stir the egg mixture into flour mixture until smooth.
In a small bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of brown sugar, white sugar
Pour 1/2 of batter into the pan. Add 1/2 of the apples followed
by 1/2 of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Now, bake in preheated oven for about 50 to 70 minutes. Let
cool for half an hour, invert on a plate and serve.
